If you're considering a move to Broomfield, The Outlook is a neighborhood worth exploring. Perched along the western side of the city, many homes enjoy expansive views of the Front Range, including the Flatirons, making this one of the area's more scenic residential communities. Development here spans roughly from the 1980s through the early 2000s, giving the neighborhood mature trees, established landscaping, and a sense of character that's often missing in newer developments. The result is a community that feels settled, welcoming, and connected to its surroundings. In this neighborhood tour, you'll see: π **Outlook Park** β A central gathering spot featuring basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, open grassy areas, and plenty of room for recreation. π΄ **Miles of nearby trails** β Just across from the park, you'll find access to an extensive trail network that winds through open space and offers beautiful views of the foothills. ποΈ **Convenient shopping and services** β Everyday errands are easy with grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials just minutes away. King Soopers is about five minutes from here. π **Excellent regional access** β The neighborhood sits near Highway 36, making it convenient to reach Boulder, Denver, Longmont, and other communities throughout the Front Range. π **Nearby amenities** β Recreation centers, parks, and additional open space are all within a short drive. Recent home sales in The Outlook have generally ranged from the $600,000s into the upper $800,000s, with pricing influenced by factors such as size, updates, lot location, and overall condition. If you're looking for a neighborhood where you have fantastic views on your morning run or an easy commute to Boulder or Denver, the outlook neighborhood in Broomfield may be ideal for you. Many homes in this neighborhood have fantastic views. They face west, so you'll have great sunsets. Homes here were built from the 1980's through around two thousand. You get really established streets, mature landscaping, and a neighborhood that I think feels settled and comfortable.
Right as you come into the neighborhood is a small park called Outlook Park. It's a fantastic park perfect for walking around a basketball court, a volleyball court. There's a swing set play area for kids and a huge green area where you can play soccer.
It's a great place to spend an afternoon, and right across from the park is access to a trail system. There are houses right here and all down this street. Right now I'm on outlook trail. But let me take you to the fantastic trail system.
But what I love about this system, it has amazing panoramic views of flat iron. You can still see the Flatirons west of here, a bunch of open space, and there's actually a great park over across the way too, with a massive trail system. I think it's about eleven miles worth of trails that lead in just about every direction. That is a great place to bike and hike.
I highly recommend if you do purchase a home here or near here, you get out and enjoy these views. Outlook is a really great neighborhood. If you're thinking of living in Broomfield, there's a King Soopers about five minutes from here, which is really convenient. Downtown Boulder.
