Short version: we collect very little, we don't sell any of it, and you can ask us to delete it any time. The longer version is below.

When you fill in a form on Local Station (like the "Get updates" prompt on a neighborhood page), we store the information you give us (name, email, sometimes a phone number, plus which page you submitted from). That's it. We don't run third-party analytics that fingerprint your browser, we don't load advertising trackers, and we don't read anything from cookies beyond what's necessary to run the site.
Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may log standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and rate-limiting purposes. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
The information you give us is used to follow up with you: answering your question, sending the updates you asked for, or routing your inquiry to the right person, whether that's someone on our team or the local agent you reached out to. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing. The one exception is the agent you contact through the site, which we explain just below.
If you submit a "Get updates" form for a specific neighborhood, we'll use that email to send neighborhood-specific notifications when new episodes go live. We won't email you about anything else without your consent.
A core purpose of Local Station is connecting interested buyers and sellers with the agents who cover their neighborhood. When you submit a contact or home-value form tied to a specific agent (for example, the "Work with [agent]" or "What's my home worth?" forms on a video page), the information you provide is shared with that agent so they can follow up with you. By submitting one of those forms, you are consenting to be contacted by that agent.
Once your information has been shared with an agent, how they store and use it is up to them, under their own privacy practices, not Local Station's. If you'd like an agent to stop contacting you, the quickest path is to tell that agent directly. You can also email us at hello@localstation.tv and we'll help where we can.
We keep submission data for as long as your address is active on the network or until you ask us to delete it. Whichever comes first.
Email hello@localstation.tv with the email address you used and we'll delete every record associated with it within a week. You don't have to give a reason.
A more formal privacy policy is in progress. If you have questions in the meantime, the same address, hello@localstation.tv, is the right one.
Tom or David will personally email or call within a couple of days. Real conversation, no funnel.
