On the record.

Local Station is the hyper-local hub for real estate. Working agents publish neighborhood video on their own channels, and that video surfaces on localstation.com where buyers and sellers already search: by neighborhood. Launched in metro Denver in 2026.

The story

Real estate is the most local business there is. People search by neighborhood, by school district, by commute. But what they find is portal listings or out-of-town agents on YouTube. The agents who actually know each neighborhood are the hardest ones to find.

Local Station closes that gap. It is a hyper-local hub that connects local search to local agents: every agent gets their own marketing site, and their neighborhood video surfaces on localstation.com, organized by the places people are actually researching.

The founders put the thesis plainly:

"Zillow won the listings game. We're building for trust and relationships."

People work with agents they know and trust, and video builds that trust at scale. That is the whole idea: not another listings database, but a place where the local expertise that already exists in every neighborhood finally becomes easy to find.

How it works

  • Every agent gets their own channel, a marketing site on a localstation.tv subdomain.
  • Their videos (neighborhood tours, market updates, listing walk-throughs) are featured on localstation.com, organized by neighborhood, city, and region.
  • Local Station produces video for agents who need production, and embeds video from agents who already publish their own.
  • Inbound interest from buyers and sellers routes back to the local agent. Agents own their leads, and there are no territory claims.

Fact sheet

  • What: A hyper-local hub for real estate. Working agents publish neighborhood video on dedicated channels, and that video surfaces where buyers and sellers search.
  • Founders: Tom Grant and David Lampe. Tom is an active real estate agent with The Principal Team at Metro Brokers; Local Station is the product they wished existed.
  • Founded: 2026
  • Headquartered: Metro Denver, Colorado
  • Coverage: Launched across the Front Range, expanding city by city as agents join the network.
  • Two-domain architecture: localstation.com is the consumer network (browse neighborhoods, watch episodes, find local experts). localstation.tv is the agent product (channel pages, scheduling tools, publishing workflow).

What Local Station is, in one sentence

The hyper-local hub for real estate: where buyers and sellers find the agents who actually know their neighborhood.

What Local Station is not

  • A real estate portal (no listings database)
  • A media company that produces its own content (the agents do the filming)
  • A pay-for-leads directory (agents pay for their channel and own their leads)
