About Avery Ranch

Avery Ranch sits in the far northwest corner of Austin, roughly along the Brushy Creek corridor near the Williamson County line. It's one of the larger planned communities in the area, with several distinct sections built out over a number of years. Homes range from smaller attached townhomes to larger single-family houses on generous lots, so there's a decent spread of price points within the same neighborhood.

The community is built around Avery Ranch Golf Club, and the course runs through much of the development, giving a lot of homes fairway or green-space views. Beyond golf, the neighborhood connects to the Brushy Creek Regional Trail, which gives residents direct access to miles of hike-and-bike paths. There are also several community pools and parks spread across the different sections.

For day-to-day errands, the area along Parmer Lane and 183A has grocery stores, restaurants, and retail within a short drive. The 183A toll road makes getting downtown or to the Domain area noticeably faster than surface streets alone. The Metro Rail's Lakeline Station is also nearby, which adds a transit option into central Austin.
